		Reverend Stephen W. Bilsborough Associate Missionary Evangelist - Debbie Rich Ministries Reverend Steve Bilsborough came on staff with Debbie Rich Ministries in April of 2007 as our full time Associate Missionary Evangelist. Now in his 24th year of full time ministry, Rev. Bilsborough is an Ordained Minister and has traveled to over 30 foreign nations. He is a Ministerial graduate of Zion Bible College in Haverhill, MA and holds a Teachers Diploma. He is a gifted communicator of God's Word and considered as one of God's leaders in the world today. Those who know him, sense his passion to spark revival globally, and consider him to be a strong voice that God has raised up for the final harvest of souls on the earth today. Through radio, television and crusades, many have been saved, set free and healed through the power of God. Currently he is authoring his first book entitled "The Power of Expectation" due for release soon. Through his straight forward and unique delivery of the Word of God, God has healed, saved and performed great miracles in the lives of the sick, discouraged and poverty stricken. His gift and anointing is a strength to Pastors and churches as he travels. Steve Bilsborough is married to Ellen, and together they have 4 children, Melissa, Brandon, Victoria and Madison and reside in Florida.

LaShawn Bedsole
Administrative Assistant - Debbie Rich Ministries

LaShawn Bedsole was raised in a small town in North Dakota. She was born again and spirit filled at a young age. After graduating high school, she went to college to pursue a career in business. It was during this time that she felt compelled by the Holy Spirit to move to Tampa, FL and attend the River Bible Institute. During this time she became involved in serving various facets of the ministry of Drs. Rodney and Adonica Howard-Browne and the River at Tampa Bay Church and she worked for them for almost two years.

After graduating RBI in 2002 with a Bachelors of Arts in Theology, LaShawn then had the privilege of traveling with Dr. Debbie Rich, carrying revival around the world.

In 2004, she supernaturally met her husband, William, and they were married. She then took on a new role of the office administrator as well as traveling with Dr. Debbie from time to time. LaShawn truly counts it an honor to serve this ministry.

Katie Holmes
Board Member – Debbie Rich Ministries

It is with great honor that Katie serves as secretary/director of the board of Debbie Rich Ministries. Katie was an employee of Debbie Rich Ministries from 1995-2002. During this time her life was greatly impacted and forever changed through the ministry of Debbie Rich. Katie traveled with Debbie to a number of different countries as well as throughout the US.

Katie's time with Debbie has well prepared her for the different ways that God has used Katie and her husband Todd in evangelizing and holding overseas crusades.

Currently Katie, Todd and their sons reside in Tampa, Florida where they are serving as deans of a Bible school as well as associate pastors at Revival Ministries International.

Pastor Wayne Biggs
Board Member – Debbie Rich Ministries

Wayne Biggs and his wife, Sharon are the founding pastors of The Word of Life Family Church in Mansfield, Texas. They are actively involved in bringing the message of Salvation and the fullness of God's Spirit to their community and world.

Since founding Word of Life they have participated in its growth from 10 to over 300 active members.

They have been married for over 37 years and been blessed with three children and 6 grandchildren.

Currently, their main goal is to see America return to a genuine faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
