Who We Are in Him
“9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
We had a powerful Sunday with Dr. Stuart and Grace Graham! Dr. Graham ministered on who God is and who we are in Him. We have nothing and are nothing outside of Him. We have no righteousness of ourselves. He gave us His and He empowers us to walk in it. His righteousness gives you the standing that He has. Knowing that will give you boldness!
Jesus was manifested to take away our sin. Our desire for sin disappears when we truly see Him. He who abides in Him will not sin. Period. When you walk without sin You will walk in perfect humility. We have to do it God's way no matter what we think the outcome will be!
“1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.”
